Leeward had 8 lifeboats and 2 of them was tenders which was used when we ankered up, and it was 2 rescue boats" one with water jet but it was almost never used.

Her is the cabin I had as a 3 engineer, The bellboy came everyday and cleraned and refilled fresh fruits and ice cubs.

Her I am in the controll room, we was going 4:8 watches dvs. 4 hours on and 8 hours off. But it was always somyhing that happend so we had to turn up every now and then. And we had maintanence ruitines to take care of.

Whith the monitors we had surveilance over the engine room and the puplic area.

Now and then we was up in the restaurant and eating (in puplic) and we often bring some girls from the reseption, shop or the beaty salong, This was the last meal before i went home
Here the most of the officers are gathered in the crew bar to watch Norway against Mexico in fotball VM. Crew baren was open to 01.30 every night whith cheap prises so it was ofetn a party. And somethimes it was a late party in the staff mess whith guitar and singing.
